If you want to eat it, you have to make it. Ill teach you how to make it.First, make some noodles soft, then make them into a small dough, and then rollthe dough into a thin skin with a rolling pin. After rolling, it looks like abig moon. Then its time to make stuffing. Put whatever stuffing you like, forexample. 一、活动目的及意义：
饮食是我们大学生活不可或缺的一部分，开展饮食文化节对加强校园饮食文化建设, 加快高校后勤改革发展，全面推动服务育人工作，全面提高大学生的综合素质，为学校评建创优工作跨向新的台阶，具有十分重要的意义。
校学生会权益部将将通过一系列活动，让大家关注健康，关注饮食文化。搭建校内外以及本校内生活沟通的桥梁，从而丰富同学课余文化生活，带给大家欢乐！
二、活动相关信息
1、主题及名称：“食年”饮食文化节闭幕式——美食嘉年华
2、活动时间：20xx年11月（具体时间待定）
3、活动地点：下沉式广场
4、冠名赞助：光明集团
5、主办单位：同济大学学生会权益部
6、协办：学校一部分相关社团、后勤部
7、参加人员：同济大学全体学生
三、活动概述
活动大致分为两个部分，第一部分为舞台部分，现场大屏幕首播权益部精心准备的“食年”微电影，播映结束后中心大舞台开场，闭幕式正式开始，舞台上进行表演部分任务，将持续半个到一个小时，表演一系列与美食节有关的节目，对活动进行预热，调动现场观众的热情。节目结束后，主持人宣布嘉年华正式拉开帷幕，舞台周围的各展台布置结束，准备完成，游戏环节开始，同学们进入内场开始嘉年华。大屏幕放映前期准备工作的花絮，以及微电影花絮，现场播放嘉年华音乐。
四、活动前期准备
1、向学校有关单位申请该活动，获得学校有关方面的批准；
2、得到保卫处的许可，以及配合保卫处做好设施、场地
保护以及活动后的`清洁工作；
3、游戏道具以及食物、现场道具等筹备
4、会场布置：舞台布置、展台布置（桌椅摆设，话筒试音，展台装饰），以及光明乳业有关logo的摆放
4、游戏道具（各个游戏负责人做好道具的统计工作。）
6、宣传时的题目（与饮食相关，还有部分题目与光明乳业的产品相关）准备，徽章、奖券的设计及准备；
7、宣传品的制作 （徽章，奖券以及光明乳业小礼品和介绍）。数量再议
8、定主持人、计分人员以及现场服务人员；
9、微电影的策划与拍摄（计划可以由赞助方出资请代言人来同济拍摄，需与校方沟通协商后决定，还可从赞助费中拿出一部分请专业团队拍摄）
五、活动宣传计划
1、宣传时间：活动开始一周左右。
2、宣传口号：待定
3、宣传方式：
（1）网上宣传，用人人、微博等社交网络进行宣传，可在网上放出微电影的预告片进行造势。
（2）现场宣传，在南大道门口进行摆摊宣传，设立领取“食年”徽章点，各位来领取徽章的同学需分享有关状态对闭幕式进行宣传方可获得徽章，同时获得由光明集团赞助的小礼品一份，如果现场有人手持光明集团有关产品更有机会获得神秘大礼。凭借徽章与同时赠送的书签能够参与活动当天的抽奖环节，赢取由光明集团赞助的大奖。
六、活动流程
1、现场播放暖场音乐，微电影首映进入准备。
2、微电影倒计时，正式播放“食年”微电影。
3、微电影播放完毕，舞台灯光照亮，主持人上台，致开场词，宣布闭幕式正式开始。
4、节目正式开始（准备约为6个左右节目，节目正在联系中，暂时待定）同时展台开始布置，活动道具上，人员到位。
5、节目部分结束，主持人上台，宣布美食游戏嘉年华部分开场，邀请现场各位同学进入场内玩游戏。
6、游戏嘉年华进行中，大转盘（由赞助方提供印有logo的大转盘，并且大礼由赞助商倾情提供）上台摆放在舞台中央进行最终大奖转转转。（展台游戏待定，需要有淘汰赛制能决出胜负的游戏）
7、游戏大致进行半个到一个小时。将要结束前提醒现场观众。最后清场，转盘撤，主持人上，致辞本届饮食文化节正式闭幕。
七、活动现场布置
中心为舞台，在之上表演节目，与摆放大转盘之用。舞台前为主控台，由5位现场指挥坐镇，控制现场秩序与安全，还有现场调度。舞台四周布置六个嘉年华展台进行游戏活动，每个展台由五个游戏策划与执行人员控制。现场布置需实地计划后在安排，以安全方便疏通为原则，不要使现场太过拥挤为宜，留足观众的游戏的空间。
八、任务分配
任务分为节目组、展台游戏组、微电影组、采购组。
节目组负责前半部分节目联系、安排节目顺序与舞台布置等。
展台游戏组负责后半部分嘉年华游戏，需要准备展台游戏、展台布置以及游戏道具设计制作。
微电影组负责微电影策划、拍摄剪辑以及后期制作网上造势等。

大家上午好!今天，区“月月美食节”系列活动启动仪式在这里隆重举行，这是青秀区党委、政府积极响应市委书记马飚同志在今年全市经济工作会议提出的“要着力打造美食天堂，做到月月要有美食节”的指示精神，是贯彻落实市委、市政府提出的“十二五”期间要努力把南宁建设成为“中国绿城、美食天堂、购物中心、旅游胜地”决策部署的具体体现。今天活动的举办，得到了南宁梦之岛集团、南宁圣地时代营销有限公司、青秀区餐饮娱乐同业商会等企业协会及《南宁日报》、《当代生活报》、南宁电视台等媒体的鼎力支持。在此，我谨代表青秀区党委、政府向给予我们大力支持的企业媒体及关心城区经济社会发展的各界人士表示诚挚的感谢!向莅临盛会的各位领导、各位来宾表示热烈的欢迎!我城区的餐饮业具有比较优势的特点，对促进国民经济和社会发展的作用日益增强。我城区餐饮业实现零售额191696万元，同比增长23.79%，占全城区社会消费品零售总额的21.34%，比全城区社会消费品零售总额高出6.44%。通过全方位开展“月月美食节”系列活动，有助于弘扬青秀饮食文化，扩大内需，拉动消费，开放创新，推动发展，让广大群众在美食节活动中得到实惠、得到享受的同时，促进我城区餐饮业快速发展，打造成为南宁市的美食天堂。活动中，餐饮业里手行家娴熟的手艺，将充分展示出美食的强烈吸引力与广阔发展前景，对挖掘餐饮文化内涵，树立美食文化品牌、繁荣饮食文化事业，推动餐饮业发展，促进城区经济乃至南宁市的经济快速健康发展都将产生深远影响。启动仪式举行后，每月将会有一个主题鲜明的`美食活动，如休闲茶艺节、热辣湘川菜节、桂菜风味节、十月迎亲节、海鲜节等会在仙葫大道古鼎香生活广场、长湖路毛家饭店、竹溪大道竹篱笆、东葛路星夜蜜大酒楼、金湖路金海渔村等粉墨登场，搭起了青秀饮食文化交流、共谋发展的平台，这对于共推青秀餐饮文化，展示创新品牌，营销鲜香美味，推动城区饮食文化的发展都具有深远的意义。如今，全城区上下正在如火如荼开展转变机关干部作风，加强行政效能建设活动，城区各级领导干部亲自带头走访企业，加强对企业的服务，优化投资环境，为企业发展创造良好的社会氛围。
举办“月月美食节”系列活动，是城区开展“工商企业服务年”的一项重大内容，是城区更好地为企业服务、优化投资环境的又一举措。自三月初青秀区“工商企业服务年”启动以来，城区工商、税务、城管、规划、经贸、财政等相关部门组成的工商企业服务小组分头走访城区近百家企业，调查了解企业在生产、经营和发展过程中存在的问题和困难，并及时与市有关部门协调解决，改善投资环境，真正做到让企业满意，让企业职工和群众满意，促进城区经济快速发展健康发展。这次月月美食节系列活动主要做好以下几个方面的工作：一是加大宣传力度。城区宣传部门要做好宣传工作，把机关各部门、各镇、办事处、开发区和广大干部职工的工作积极性充分地调动起来，全面推进“月月美食节”系列活动向纵深发展。充分发挥报刊、电视、电台等媒体作用，在《南宁日报》、《当代生活报》、南宁电视台开辟美食节专栏，进行高强度、高信息量的宣传，打出品牌，进一步营造城区上下参与活动的良好氛围。二是强化服务意识。
美食节不是单纯的美食活动，而是“工商企业服务年”的一项重要内容，需要机关各部门、镇、办事处、开发区的共同努力和广大干部群众的积极参与，部门之间要加强协作配合，全城区上下要整体联动，上下齐动，人人参与，从根本上改变城区投资环境，使我城区成为众多投资创业者的热土。三是加快发展，提升餐饮业的档次和水平。餐饮业作为青秀区的传统优势产业，要继续把餐饮业作为城区重点产业抓紧抓好，大力改善服务环境，提高服务质量，提升服务品牌，着力培育和发展餐饮业的档次和管理水平，打造青秀特色品牌。四是切实解决实际问题。要以美食节系列活动契机，大力推进转变机关干部作风，加强行政效能建设的力度，积极为企业服务，深入走访企业，了解企业的经营情况、存在问题和困难，帮助协调解决的重点、难点问题，以及各项扶持政策落实情况。要切实做好服务工作，真正为企业解决实际困难和问题。同志们，我们要坚持以科学发展观为指导，抢抓机遇，提高认识，坚定信心，咬定目标，狠抓落实，精心组织，扎实工作，为全面建设小康社会，实现加快城区经济的快速健康发展而奋斗!我的讲话完了，谢谢大家！
