　　首先说一下“听”，听录音是补充学习的过程，另外一种是提高自己的听力和口语表达能力，要学生尽力地去模仿录音机里的发音，从而使自己的听力和口语都提高一个层次。

　　接下来说一下“说”，英语是一门语言，学了就是要说，要和别人交流。我们学的英语不应该是哑巴英语，要让每个学生学会勇敢地

　　说出来。在课上我会用各种方法来刺激学生，激发他们说英语的积极性，大多数学生也确实做得很好。放学回家也要说。

　　接下来是“读”。有句话：“读书破万卷，下笔如有神。”学英语也是这样，很多家长也明白，学英语要培养语感。一定要让学生养成每天读英语的习惯，这是学英语的最基本的学习习惯了。

　　最后是写。就是单词短语的默写/听写，这是学英语的必经之路。单词往往背过就容易会忘记，所以要不断的背默写，不断的翻新。背单词的时候要边拼边写，嘴巴和手都要动起来，嘴上十遍不如手上一遍。家长在这里要作好检查督促的工作，不要用不懂英语来帮助你的孩子学会偷懒，你可以报中文，让你的孩子默写，然后对照书本批改订正，每天坚持的话，你一定会有意想不到的效果。

　　第三，我想说说我们班英语学习的状况。初一阶段的教学主要是要培养学生学习英语的兴趣，养成良好的学习英语的习惯。我的课堂也是围绕听、说、读、写几个方面对所学知识进行操练和运用。通过这一个月教学，我发现我们班大部分学生都自尊心强，上进心强，都能很用心认真的学习英语，这使我对他们充满信心。但是也发现了以下问题：

　　1.学习态度不够端正。上课听讲不专心，爱开小差;讲了的作业交上来还是错误的;

　　2.不能按时完成最基本的学习任务。单词，词组和课文不会背不会默写，达不到要求也不努力去完成。还有拖欠作业的情况。

　　3.学习习惯差。没有做到每天记单词，或者记单词不动笔，上课记笔记要时时提醒,听力不做预测。

　　针对以上问题，我找到了一些方法，需要各位家长的配合和支持。

　　1、督促学生在家听英语磁带，最好能每天坚持听5——10分钟，这将对孩子的学习有很大帮助。

　　2.消化当天所学的单词，不要积压任务。每天坚持检查10个单词，一本书的单词也只要一个月就记完了。我每天都会组织一次听写，错误比较多的同学会及时让他们改正。请家长要检查听写本。

　　3.请家长督促孩子在家里完成家庭作业，以免他们来学校在匆忙之中互相抄袭。每周回家要求记本单元的单词，有时会默写部分课文。

　　4、每天要学会预习、复习。

　　总之，我和各位家长有着共同的心愿，都想尽自己最大的努力去培养这些孩子，他们个个都聪明、可爱，只是有些孩子的潜能还没有得到充分的发掘。七年级我的目标是不让一个学生掉队。今后，我也希望和各位家长保持联系，如果孩子遇到学习问题我们及时沟通。最后，祝愿我们的孩子进步，家长开心!谢谢大家!

　　When a fortune-teller look at your palm,she"ll tell you how your future will be "s a way you place your hope it"s not future is the things and people around you should do is to try to do everything well,don"t care much about the kind to all the people around you,and love the world is not full of love,the life is not a bed of rose,you should sdick on your time passes,you"ll find everything you do is worthwhile.

　　Years is no way you can stop time from time flies!Just like the flowers in spring,the sunshine in summer,the moon in mid-autumn and the snow in one morning you"ll never wake up,you"ll never see the sunrise or the sunset;you"ll never see your sweatheart or talk to her,you"ll never hear the sound of the nature or wander on the path among the trees,you"ll never swim in the lake or climb the mountains.

　　Each of us has a kite flying in the sky,and we also have a string each.

　　Children"s kite is childhood,the string is grown.

　　Lovers" kite is love,the string is daily life.

　　I have a kite,it is called dream,the string in my hands is reality.

　　The wind which makes kites fly is are not free,but we still have power to control them and let them fly higher and string is in my hands,future is now in my hands.
