英语观后感1
Harry Potter is a series of seven fantasy novels written by British author J. K. Rowling.
The books chronicle the adventures of the eponymous adolescent wizard Harry Potter, together with Ron Weasley and Hermione Granger, his best friends.
The central story arc concerns Harrys struggle against the evil wizard Lord Voldemort, who killed Harrys parents in his quest to conquer the wizarding world, after which he seeks to subjugate the Muggle (non-magical) world to his rule.

War Horse was such a wonderful movie. This movie exceeded my expectations. It was moving, emotional, beautiful, and so heartwarming. Its sure to become a classic. You dont have to be a horse lover to love this movie.
There isnt a lot of blood, but you can still see the horrors of war and how intense it was for the soldiers and horses, as well as civilians. The Battle of the Somme scene was especially intense.
The acting was wonderful, the cinematography was beautiful, John Williams score was perfect, and the horses were so well trained! Spielberg has made a masterpiece!

“Life of Pi” is such an exciting movie that most people enjoy watching it,especially for teenagers. It tells a story where a boy called Pi lives alone with a tiger in a boat in the middle of the ocean. The boy is both smart and brave. He learns to know how to live together with the tiger that may eat him at any moment. However, with so many difficulties, the boy and the tiger successfully reaches the land and saves their lives.
As is shown in the movie, when we are in trouble, not only should we be brave, but also smart. More importantly, we should never give up our hope when faced with hardships. Nothing is impossible if we believe in ourselves. As an old saying goes, "Where there is a will, there is a way."

看了石家庄市第十九中学范艳娜老师和石家庄实验中学张永辉老师的英语阅读示范课，我受益颇深。特别是在河北省石家庄市第一中学纪文华老师的课例评析后，我对这两节课有了一个更深刻的认识。任何一节课都不可能是十全十美的，但有所侧重，学生有所得，有所思，有所获，便堪称完美。
众所周知，高中英语阅读教学涉及的不仅是学生能力的培养，更牵动着学生的注意力，观察力，毅力及兴趣动机，情感的众多心理素质和思想道德艺术审美等社会文化素质，调动学生学习的主观能动性必不可少。
通常，我会用一个视频来导入新课，在吸引学生们注意力的同时，从视频中提取信息引出课文中的思考。范艳娜老师通过汶川地震的图片加音乐的插入，通过自己的语言让同学们仿拂置身于那个处境，值得我的学习。
课上教师说的每一句话都应该有所用，有所指，提问一定要由表及里，循序渐进，主要目的便是激发学生的主体思维。此外学习的主动权在学生手中，教师的任务就是引导学生学会学习，学生只有掌握了科学有效的学习方法，接受新知识，才能举一反三，触类旁通，更好的做到知识的迁移，并使学生终身受益。
在我教英语阅读的过程中，我注意到学生们的词汇量较少，语言实践量也不多，归纳理解能力稍有欠缺。在以后的'教学中，我一定会。指导学生认真预习，鼓励学生踊跃参与培养学生的归纳理解能力，除此之外一定要增加语言的实践量，延伸英语阅读空间，让学生们在阅读中体会到学习的乐趣。

教师是“太阳底下最光荣的职业”，使命崇高，责任重大。作为一名小学教师，不仅要有优美流畅的语言、广博的知识、丰富的教学经验，最重要的是要有爱心与责任心。爱与责任，是师德之魂。在新的时代和形势下，要把爱与责任放在师德的首位。只有这样在日常的教育、教学活动中，才能体现出教师自身的价值和专业成长的足迹。
没有责任心那就不是一个好老师。没有责任意识，就不明确自己的职守，不明确自己肩负的任务，那就做不好一个合格的老师。当代教师责任就是爱岗敬业、教书育人，为人师表；具有较强的社会责任。孩子的自我控制能力非常差，只有老师多督促，才能让他们养成良好的生活、卫生习惯。小学教师有其工作的特殊性，不仅要教给孩子们知识，而且要关注孩子们的饮食起居。要照顾好每一个孩子，不仅仅是在嘴上说的，要体现在日常的生活中。多关心孩子和他们沟通，了解他们的想法，最后才能很好的掌握他们的习性，从而才能正确的引导他们。家长把孩子送到学校，就是把家庭美好的希望寄托给了学校，我们教师有责任把孩子教好、保护好、培养好，有责任心让家长满意放心，促进家园和谐。
总之，作为教师要象父母一样去关爱孩子，把教师的责任放在首位，让家长放心，让孩子开心，让自己舒心的幸福教师。
