　　大家好!首先我要感谢各位家长的到来。您的到来是对我们的教学工作的支持，也是对孩子学习的重视。孩子的教育需要家庭和学校相互的配合和支持，作为七年级一班的英语老师，我特别希望能得到大家的支持，希望我们一起努力帮助孩子学习英语。

　　今天我的发言有三个方面:

　　首先，我想和大家一起谈谈学习英语的重要性。作为一名家长我们应该知道英语关系每一个学生的未来的成绩与继续学习的发展。因为初中考高中，高中考大学，大学后考研读博，其中必考的科目便是英语,对孩子来讲，七年级是一个很好的重新建立信心，学好英语的机会，我们是从最基本的ABC开始学的，即使以前没有任何基础，从现在开始认真学也是可以把英语学好的。很多孩子在小学都没有重视英语，家长也没有过多关注，我希望我们家长在了解了英语的重要性后能和孩子一起重视英语。

　　其次，我想讲讲英语的学习方法。学好英语，不外乎就是在听，说，读，写这些方面下功夫。

　　首先说一下“听”，听录音是补充学习的过程，另外一种是提高自己的听力和口语表达能力，要学生尽力地去模仿录音机里的发音，从而使自己的听力和口语都提高一个层次。

　　接下来说一下“说”，英语是一门语言，学了就是要说，要和别人交流。我们学的英语不应该是哑巴英语，要让每个学生学会勇敢地

　　说出来。在课上我会用各种方法来刺激学生，激发他们说英语的积极性，大多数学生也确实做得很好。放学回家也要说。

　　接下来是“读”。有句话：“读书破万卷，下笔如有神。”学英语也是这样，很多家长也明白，学英语要培养语感。一定要让学生养成每天读英语的习惯，这是学英语的最基本的学习习惯了。

　　最后是写。就是单词短语的默写/听写，这是学英语的必经之路。单词往往背过就容易会忘记，所以要不断的背默写，不断的翻新。背单词的时候要边拼边写，嘴巴和手都要动起来，嘴上十遍不如手上一遍。家长在这里要作好检查督促的.工作，不要用不懂英语来帮助你的孩子学会偷懒，你可以报中文，让你的孩子默写，然后对照书本批改订正，每天坚持的话，你一定会有意想不到的效果。

　　第三，我想说说我们班英语学习的状况。初一阶段的教学主要是要培养学生学习英语的兴趣，养成良好的学习英语的习惯。我的课堂也是围绕听、说、读、写几个方面对所学知识进行操练和运用。通过这一个月教学，我发现我们班大部分学生都自尊心强，上进心强，都能很用心认真的学习英语，这使我对他们充满信心。但是也发现了以下问题：

　　1.学习态度不够端正。上课听讲不专心，爱开小差;讲了的作业交上来还是错误的;

　　2.不能按时完成最基本的学习任务。单词，词组和课文不会背不会默写，达不到要求也不努力去完成。还有拖欠作业的情况。

　　3.学习习惯差。没有做到每天记单词，或者记单词不动笔，上课记笔记要时时提醒,听力不做预测。

　　针对以上问题，我找到了一些方法，需要各位家长的配合和支持。

　　1、督促学生在家听英语磁带，最好能每天坚持听5——10分钟，这将对孩子的学习有很大帮助。

　　2.消化当天所学的单词，不要积压任务。每天坚持检查10个单词，一本书的单词也只要一个月就记完了。我每天都会组织一次听写，错误比较多的同学会及时让他们改正。请家长要检查听写本。

　　3.请家长督促孩子在家里完成家庭作业，以免他们来学校在匆忙之中互相抄袭。每周回家要求记本单元的单词，有时会默写部分课文。

　　4、每天要学会预习、复习。

　　总之，我和各位家长有着共同的心愿，都想尽自己最大的努力去培养这些孩子，他们个个都聪明、可爱，只是有些孩子的潜能还没有得到充分的发掘。七年级我的目标是不让一个学生掉队。今后，我也希望和各位家长保持联系，如果孩子遇到学习问题我们及时沟通。最后，祝愿我们的孩子进步，家长开心!谢谢大家!
